2. Services
True Gambit Studios provides game development, animation, visual effects (VFX), UI/UX design, and consulting services for enterprise clients. Our services include but are not limited to:
- Full-cycle game development
- Roblox game development
- Animation and VFX production
- Advergaming and branded game experiences
- UI/UX design for games and interactive media
- Strategic consulting for gaming initiatives
3. Intellectual Property Rights
Our Content
Unless otherwise indicated, the website and all content, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, logos, video, audio, and software, are the property of True Gambit Studios and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Client Work
Ownership of deliverables created during client engagements will be governed by the specific terms outlined in individual service agreements or contracts. Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, intellectual property rights transfer to the client upon full payment of all applicable fees.
4. User Responsibilities
When using our website or services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Not use our services for any unlawful purpose
- Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Not interfere with or disrupt our website or services

5. Service Agreements

Payment terms for services will be specified in individual project agreements. Unless otherwise stated, all fees are non-refundable once work has commenced. Late payments may incur additional charges and may result in suspension of services.

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of engagement. This includes but is not limited to business strategies, technical specifications, unreleased game concepts, and financial information.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, True Gambit Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of our services or website.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our website and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless True Gambit Studios and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of our services or violation of these Terms.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately.
